Recruitment Pool

We are seeking a pool of enthusiastic and motivated candidates to provide efficient and effective relief to the Health Information Department and other Departments. Flexibility is required; shifts are rostered, including day, evening, weekend and night work.

Eligibility to Apply

Applicants must have a valid working visa for fixed‑term appointments or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia for permanent appointments.

Other Conditions

WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. Applicants are required to undergo criminal records screening and integrity checking. Referees may be asked to comment on an applicant’s integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour.

All applicants must complete a satisfactory Pre‑Employment Health Assessment (PEHA). Employment is conditional upon satisfactory PEHA. An unsatisfactory PEHA will result in the offer being withdrawn. WACHS PEHA Policy for further information.

- The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and assess on a regular basis.
- Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
- Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2026.
