About the role We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to take ownership of a large top tier client – overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service excellence across multiple sites within the Adelaide CBD and regional SA. Reporting to the State Manager SA/NT, you’ll be the key liaison between a key client and our operational teams – overseeing service delivery, resolving issues, and implementing improvements that strengthen partnerships and drive business growth. Location This is a hybrid role (at ACS offices and client sites), Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Regional travel required from time to time, with company car provided for work purposes. What you’ll be doing - Build lasting relationships – Be the trusted face of the company for a portfolio of clients, checking in regularly and keeping communication strong. - Keep services on point – Oversee quality and performance across sites, making sure everything runs to the highest standards. - Solve problems like a pro – Jump in quickly to sort out issues and keep clients smiling. - Lead and inspire – Support, coach, and motivate your cleaning teams and site supervisors to deliver their best. - Stay on top of the details – Manage contracts, reports, and compliance with confidence and care. - Spot opportunities – Look for ways to improve services and add value for our clients.
