The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Specialist – After Sales known as a King Care Specialist, to join our growing Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll help deliver a premium service experience across King’s recovery and refurbishment programs – including cushion inserts, replacement covers, and full product recoveries.

Combining service and sales expertise with a deep understanding of King products, you’ll work across multiple digital channels to provide quotes, manage orders, and support customers from enquiry to fulfilment. With access to Salesforce Customer 360, AI‑enabled tools, and internal knowledge bases, you’ll be equipped to deliver outstanding service and solutions that reflect the quality of the King brand.

The Role

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing expert support on after‑sales options for their existing King products.

- Provide end‑to‑end support for King Care services, including replacement covers, cushion inserts, and refurbishments.

- Respond promptly and empathetically to customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms.

- Use Salesforce Customer 360 and AI‑enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows.

- Proactively follow up with customers, maintaining seamless communication through to service completion.

- Meet sales contribution targets by identifying upsell opportunities and converting service requests into revenue.

- Escalate complex issues to the King Care Service Delivery Manager as required.

- Maintain accurate system records and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Despatch, and Design to coordinate service delivery.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.

About You

- You have experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally supporting premium products or services.

- You’re confident across digital systems and can manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.

- You have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a passion for helping customers.

- You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- You bring a solutions‑focused mindset, commercial awareness, and a natural ability to match customer needs with service offerings.

- You’re experienced in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and quoting/order management tools.
