As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships and enhancing engagement within the insurance industry. Your work will span strategic planning, event coordination, internal communications, client presentations, and sales enablement. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to help deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to business success.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and organized individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enhancing customer engagement in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities and duties

- Customer messaging Collaboration (20%):Work closely with marketing and other team members to develop and execute customer engagement strategies and campaigns specific to the Insurance Software and BPO team.

- Innovation (20%): execution of the Innovation Invitational for 3 months, followed by ongoing management of partner relationships within the insurance sector.

- Event Management (10%):Organize and manage internal and external events, ensuring they align with the company's customer engagement objectives and industry standards.

- Internal Communications (20%):Coordinate and facilitate monthly internal meetings, ensuring effective communication of customer engagement initiatives and updates relevant to the insurance industry.

- Client Presentations (20%):Draft, prepare, and deliver client presentations, showcasing the company's insurance products, services, and value propositions to enhance customer engagement.

- Sales Enablement (10%):Support practice partners and external partners with sales enablement activities, including the creation of sales materials and tools tailored to the insurance market.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, event management, or a related role within the insurance industry or financial services.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
