Due to continued growth, you will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site. A focus on delivering defect-free results is essential. You will play an exciting part in supervising and coordinating the construction of your homes and ensure that trades meet quality, timelines, and OH&S objectives.

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes.

2. Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process.

3. Partner with your Construction Manager and review each of your jobs on your Clickhomes platform, providing support as needed.

4. Maximise site production by ensuring subcontractor trade availability.

5. Schedule and meet trades on site.

6. Proactively resolve build issues and liaise with clients.

7. Continuously review building practices and procedures.

8. Ensure compliance with and delivery of established cost and project management practices.

9. Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount.

10. Ensure build qualities are maintained to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Experience as a Site Manager within the residential building industry.

2. Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS, and QA systems.

3. Experience developing and managing networks, especially with trades.

4. A customer-focused approach with exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.

5. Well-versed in new home contracts.

6. Ability to communicate professionally, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks.
