Westmead Centre for Oral Health offers general and specialist dental services across NSW.

A key teaching facility for the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Dentistry.

Equipped with advanced patient care and operating facilities.

Provides General Practice and Emergency Dentistry care, addressing a range of oral health needs.

What you'll be doing

As the Administrative Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Oral Health Network Office. You’ll manage communications, coordinate meetings and events, and support key administrative processes.

- Manage email correspondence and information flow
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and diary schedules
- Provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain payroll updates and process transactions in Oracle
- Assist with documentation, minute-taking, and system updates

- Demonstrated organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload, be flexible and show initiative, and remain proficient in periods of high demand and activity
- Ability to work within a diverse team in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated skills with evidence of capacity to review and vet responses to issues and in maintaining strict confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience in supporting senior management in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters
- Experience in using Outlook and HPE, HealthRoster, and Oracle together with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex health care or public sector setting relevant to the role.
