The Opportunity
This win, alongside other water projects in NSW and across Australia marks a transformative step in our ability to support clients in tackling their most complex infrastructure challenges. To help us deliver innovative and successful solutions for our clients, we are seeking Design Managers to join us in Adelaide and be part of our national water business.
Across Civil and Mechanical disciplines, you will build on your experience in water and wastewater design for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs and water facilities.
- Lead multi-discipline design teams and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality design delivery outputs.
- Work collaboratively with the teams to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality and guide project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage Engineering governance processes (design reviews, change management, request for information, validation and verification, etc., related to the design.)

About You
You will ideally be a Chartered Professional Engineer and have a bachelor’s engineering degree in the relevant discipline and gained a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, with a focus on water utilities/water treatment. industry standards and best practices on site and within a professional services environment.
Strong technical writing skills are imperative, as is the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organised with outstanding technical and communication skills you’ll have the desire and ability to lead and mentor a team and drive successful project outcomes for our clients.
