Job Summary

- Location: Adelaide SA 5000
- Salary Range: $76,000 – $77,000 per annum
- Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)
- Work Location: In-person

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality management career in a vibrant business.

Responsibilities

- Plan and design menus in consultation with chefs, ensuring authentic Vietnamese flavours, seasonal balance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Organise and manage special functions, catering services, and promotional events to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee the purchasing, pricing, and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies in line with budget requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, financial transactions, and daily operations to support effective business management.

- Oversee compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring the restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting for guests.
- Communicate with customers, resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
- Welcome guests and assist with customer service during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant qualification in hospitality management.
- At least one year of experience in the Restaurant Manager role or similar position.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.
