DM3 Logistics is a proudly WA owned and operated fuel transport company. With a large base in Kalgoorlie, we work throughout WA. At DM3, we focus on excellence, innovation and efficiency in everything we do. We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Officer who is passionate about their work.

Overview

This role encompasses end-to-end accounts and finance, with day-to-day tasks in Payables, Receivables and reconciliations. The focus is on providing the Directors with timely and accurate reporting and forecasting. Xero accounting software is used; experience with Xero is preferred but not essential. This is a residential-only role working Monday to Friday at our Kalgoorlie Depot. This role is being re-advertised due to internal promotion. Previous applicants are welcome to reapply.

Key Responsibilities

- Forecasting
- Manage accounting software including reconciliations, manual journals and adjustments
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
- End-to-end payroll
- Participate in developing policies and procedures
- Stakeholder communications including responding to internal and external queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

- A qualification in Accounts or Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Confidence working with intermediate Excel
- A sharp eye for detail and a love of accuracy
- The ability to manage competing priorities
