The Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Lawyer (at the Associate to Senior Associate level) to join the Class Actions team in Sydney. Whether your background is in plaintiff or defendant practice, you'll gain the ideal balance of autonomy and mentorship.
You will have a role in case strategy, expert evidence, large-scale discovery and investigations into potential new class actions whilst working collaboratively within a supportive team.
The Firm & The Team
Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff firm with a strong Class Actions presence in Australia. They have been at the forefront of some of the country's most significant cases.
You will be part of a team that has many years of experience in complex litigation and played key roles in many high‑profile matters.
About You
- 2+ years' PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution (class action experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong drafting, strategic thinking and litigation skills
- A passion for justice and willingness to challenge the status quo
- The ability to connect with clients, colleagues and stakeholders through clear, empathetic communication
- Energy, motivation and a collaborative mindset
