Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation & Class Actions Lawyer, Sydney

Our client is seeking a driven Associate (3+ PQE) or Senior Associate (up to 2 years SA) to join their high-performing Dispute Resolution & Litigation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigator with an interest in class actions and funded litigation to work on complex, large-scale disputes with strong mentorship from senior lawyers and partners.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality commercial litigation work, with a focus on class actions and funded litigation
- Draft pleadings, court documents, affidavits, and other litigation materials
- Manage matters from start to finish, including client liaison, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on strategy and case development
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior lawyers

Qualifications

- 4+ years post-admission experience
- Solid background in commercial litigation; class action/funded litigation experience or interest preferred
- Strong drafting and court document preparation skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication
