Experience Required

Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it’s essential that you have lead experience from a functional aspect.

- Recent, hands‑on implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP as a functional lead.
- Strong configuration and/or support experience in at least 3 or 4 of the following Oracle Fusion ERP modules:
GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Expenses or PPM
- A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
- Technical capability in workflow and approvals configuration, security roles, BI & OTBI reporting, value sets, design studio and personalisation.
- A consulting mindset—strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.

As part of the Oracle Cloud ERP team, you will play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go‑live and post‑implementation support—helping clients adopt best‑practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.

In this role, you will:

- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
- Lead collaborative workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
- Prepare clear, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
- Continuously grow your Oracle Cloud expertise through training, self‑learning, and knowledge‑sharing.
- Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications—including approvals, workflows, security roles, BI/OTBI reporting, value sets, design studio components
