This highly complex ASX listed organisation are one of the leaders in their field. The group has significant international holdings and is constantly looking at growth opportunities. They are widely regarded as an employer of choice in the Australian marketplace and have a brand synonymous with innovation and excellence.

A Finance Systems Analyst is required for a large-scale ERP Implementation across this diverse business. Reporting to a well-respected Finance Leader you will be a part of the design, process mapping, implementation, testing and training for the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Implement the ERP Finance solution with updated technology that is innovative, scalable, simple to use and highly automated
- Provide requirements and assist in designing new functionality to uplift the ERP capability
- Implement best practices and automation, and provides Business Process documentation
- Input to the Project Plans in conjunction with the ERP Finance Lead and Program Manager
- Configure the ERP solution as per design workshops, policies, and operating models
- Create end-user training documentation
- Performs configuration and system testing, and create UAT Test Scripts
- Undertakes other duties as directed by the Stream Lead or required for the Program

Key criteria to be considered:

- Relevant ERP system implementation experience
- Experience within a large complex/corporate environment
- Tangible experience process mapping and developing process flow
- Experience working within Finance
- You must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tangible experience to influence stakeholder
- Systems exposure to SAP, Oracle Workday is advantageous
