ERP Program Manager – Technology

Flagship Transformation | Oracle Fusion Cloud | Long-Term Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Program Manager to join a major transformation program within a large, complex organisation. This flagship initiative will modernise enterprise systems and operations, delivering a contemporary, integrated platform across Finance, People & Culture, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Service Management.

As ERP Program Manager – Technology, you'll lead the delivery of technology solutions underpinning the transformation, driving alignment between business and IT. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll oversee the successful delivery of an Oracle Fusion Cloud and ServiceNow environment, ensuring strong governance, vendor performance, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Manage scope, schedules, risks and dependencies across multiple streams and partners.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Build and inspire high-performing teams across business, technology and vendors.
  • Drive benefits realisation and ensure sustainable value post go-live.

About You

  • Proven success leading large-scale ERP and Service Management programs, ideally with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and ServiceNow.
  • 10+ years in senior transformation or technology leadership roles with direct C-suite engagement.
  • Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of driving complex change.
