Overview
A highly successful national civil contractor with a strong presence down South are looking to grow the business in QLD. An exciting Senior Project Management opportunity has become available within the business to secure, set up and deliver projects, building a strong team in QLD. They focus on delivering a range of projects including roads, civil infrastructure and urban with TMR and local councils.
- Fulltime / Brisbane based – travel may be required for projects

Responsibilities
We are searching for a Project Manager with a focus on the successful delivery of projects from conception to final completion. With continual growth plans within QLD, this PM will manage projects valued from $5M up to $20M. Depending on project size, you may be across multiple projects, focusing on one project or in the office assisting the Senior Estimator with tenders.
Reporting into the General Manager, you will have functional authority for all aspects of the project and be responsible for client liaison, planning & programming, quality, monitoring cost against budget, financial and contractual negotiations while effectively managing safety and environmental compliance across project sites.
Qualifications
To be successful, you will need tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, desirable to be RPEQ qualified, or in the process / looking to obtain, plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience & a proven track record of successfully delivering a portfolio of roads, urban and civil infrastructure projects – minimum of 5 years at a Project Management level or higher. Advanced with Client & Stakeholder dealings and commercial acumen.
