We're looking for a driven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in securing and delivering projects

The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in both project acquisition and delivery, working closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes from tender through to handover.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors

- Leading project planning, programming, and execution

- Managing client and consultant relationships

- Overseeing safety, quality, and commercial performance

- Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development

- Managing risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Australian construction industry

- Strong background in healthcare, education, or infrastructure projects

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
