Our commitment to our employees and clients is at the heart of everything we do.## **About the Role**As a **Client Services Specialist**, you’ll be the first point of contact for our external Rabobank Australia and New Zealand clients and prospective clients, providing exceptional service and support across a range of enquiries. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced call centre environment where no two days are the same. There’s a lot to learn – and that’s what makes it excitingYou’ll be supported by a collaborative team and comprehensive training, but success in this role comes down to your curiosity, resilience, and drive to challenge yourself.## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy* Resolving client queries efficiently and accurately giving information and support regarding products, services and processes, with an aim to deliver one call resolution.* Navigating multiple systems and processes to find solutions* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery* Manage fraud as the first-line of investigation, including managing the disputed transaction process with the client.* Fulfil financial requests from clients and branch staff including telegraphic transactions, direct credits and debits and performing card maintenance.* Manage complaints and incidents according to relevant policy and procedures, escalating as required.* Adhere to bank policy and procedures at all times.* Continuously learning and adapting to new information and updates## **What We’re Looking For*** A passion for customer service and helping others* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and meet deadlines.* Be a team player* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.* A proactive mindset and eagerness to take on challengesPrevious experience in a customer service role is essential, Call Centre experience or experience in the financial services industry is desired but not a must have.## **What we're proud to offer you**:**Wellbeing leave**.
