About The Role
As a
Client Services Specialist
, you'll be the first point of contact for our external Rabobank Australia and New Zealand clients and prospective clients, providing exceptional service and support across a range of enquiries. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced call centre environment where no two days are the same. There's a lot to learn – and that's what makes it exciting

You'll be supported by a collaborative team and comprehensive training, but success in this role comes down to your curiosity, resilience, and drive to challenge yourself.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
• Resolving client queries efficiently and accurately giving information and support regarding products, services and processes, with an aim to deliver one call resolution.
• Navigating multiple systems and processes to find solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage fraud as the first-line of investigation, including managing the disputed transaction process with the client.
• Fulfil financial requests from clients and branch staff including telegraphic transactions, direct credits and debits and performing card maintenance.
• Manage complaints and incidents according to relevant policy and procedures, escalating as required.
• Adhere to bank policy and procedures at all times.
• Continuously learning and adapting to new information and updates

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, Call Centre experience or experience in the financial services industry is desired but not a must have.
