About the position

As a Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer, you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, communication, and compassion—both in legal practice and workplace culture. Based in either Brisbane or Toowoomba, you’ll work closely with experienced peers in a relaxed yet professional environment.

You’ll manage a mix of:

- Estate planning for a wide client base
- Complex wills, trusts, and succession matters
- Probate and estate administration
- Contested wills and family provision applications

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to the firm’s inclusive culture, and enjoy a flexible working arrangement tailored to your lifestyle.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of PAE in Wills & Estates (private practice only)
- Confident managing files autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
- Interest in mentoring or supporting junior lawyers
