We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Engineer to join a thriving team in Wollongong. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in the HVAC industry and a keen interest in sales and client engagement.

Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for product selection and application.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

Profile

A successful Inside Sales Engineer should have:

  • A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
