We offer an extensive range of Ford, Isuzu, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW as well as quality range of Used Vehicles.

We are looking for a driven person to join our team as a Service Advisor. The role of Service Advisor involves liaising between customers, our workshop and external suppliers to provide our customers with a premium vehicle servicing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
- Face to Face and phone enquiries
- Supply general advice/quotations
- Following up customer requirements
- Updating and liaising with customers on their service or repair
- Booking in customers for service and repair work
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out
- Follow all internal processes and procedures

Requirements:

- A highly organised manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Be mature, punctual and reliable
- A strong work ethic and be customer focused
- Administration experience would be advantageous, however not essential
- A current drivers licence
