Matchworks is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative In Work Mentor, who will help to turn jobs into lasting careers by coaching people and employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces.

We support you for all of your employment and recruitment needs as a leading provider of job seeker and disability employment services.

What you’ll do

- Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
- Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.

What you’ll bring

- A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
- An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
- Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but we’ll help guide you through this.)
