About the Role

We're on the hunt for a qualified Service Electrician who thrives on variety and problem-solving. You'll be the one customers trust when something isn't working — diagnosing faults, delivering efficient solutions, and making sure systems are safe, compliant, and reliable.

You'll work across over time

  • Residential service calls (fault-finding, repairs, upgrades)
  • Air conditioning servicing and installations
  • Gate automation, security, and intercom troubleshooting
  • Preventative maintenance for real estate and body corporates
  • Small to medium projects in electrical and compliance upgrades

This role isn't just about tools and wires — it's about people, trust, and responsibility. You'll represent Integral on the front line, backed by a supportive office team, clear systems, and a culture that values your input.


Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, air conditioning, and automation systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences — communicate clearly, leave sites clean, and build trust
  • Work with apprentices, mentoring them to grow into capable tradespeople
  • Ensure all work meets AS/NZS 3000 standards and safety requirements
  • Accurately record job details in Simpro and collaborate with office staff
  • Support business growth by identifying upgrade opportunities (safety switches, surge protection, smoke alarms, etc.)
