Full time Youth Employment Consultant based in Lismore

The Transition to Work employment service helps young people aged 15-24 into work (including apprenticeships and training) or education.

Transition to Work participants receive intensive, pre-employment support to develop practical skills to get a job, connect with education or training, find local job opportunities and connect with relevant local community services.

About you, can you:

- Build rapport quickly with anyone, particularly youth.
- Show empathy, non-judgement and respect
- Confidently support and guide clients.
- Professionally engage with employers, stakeholders and team members
- Achieve KPI's
- Demonstrate good administration skills
- Work with a team or in a solo office
- Role model a sound work ethic and an attitude of positivity
