We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Return to Work Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients who have experienced a sudden change in their circumstances and are looking to navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders. They will also have a passion for helping people reach their new career goals and pride themselves on delivering high-quality results.
In this fully remote role, you will conduct assessments and provide adjustment to injury-style counseling to individuals who are struggling to return to work. You will also identify return-to-work barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide adjustment to injury-style counseling to individuals who are struggling to return to work.
- Identify return-to-work barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
- Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
- Prioritize customer focus, quality orientation, and people passion in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree).
- AHPRA or ASORC registration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
