This is a hybrid role with flexibility to also work from home.***Your part in our UnitingCare team**Reporting to the General Manager Patient Revenue and Digital Health, and working with our broader leadership team, this role is a crucial support function for the coordination of the Revenue and Digital Health team. This role offers incredible variety and opportunity to play a key role in process improvement. In this role you will:* Ensure the efficient management of contracts and compliance, supporting both the implementation and management of funding contracts* Partner with key stakeholders that influence either directly or indirectly patient outcomes and hospital revenue* Interact closely with the senior management Revenue and Digital Health team, supporting a range of initiatives across the revenue cycle continuum and in digital health* Provide support to projects being led by other senior leaders within the Revenue and Digital Health team, in particular maintenance of systems and senior administrative support* Tertiary education in a related field (e.g. Business, Accounting, Health Information, Health Administration)* Demonstrated knowledge of the broader health care sector, or experience working in a private hospital environment* Ability to manage or support multiple projects with multiple stakeholders* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a highly motivated team environment* Strong professional manner, focused commercial acumen and operational emphasis to deliver on time* Strong analytics experience to derive solutions from data; verbal and written communication skills (including public speaking), and report writing**Desirable*** Experience working with Patient Administration and Billing and Claiming systems in the Australian Private Hospital context* Demonstrated knowledge of casemix and health fund payment arrangements in the Australian Private Health sector would be considered advantageous*The opportunity to be part of the second-largest Queensland employer who has been leading by example as a proud not-for-profit, for more than 100 years.** Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance* Access to salary packaging, meal and entertainment benefits - up to $15,900 per year tax free as well as up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for meal and entertainment benefits* A recognition and rewards platform, providing employee discounts at hundreds of retailers, including everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, a wellbeing program and employee assistance program* A positive and inclusive team based on respect, shared standards, strong values and a commitment to serving others* Career development opportunities to challenge yourself, grow and make a meaningful difference***Diversity & Inclusion****Our approach is simple –everybody is welcome here.
