The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Collision Workshop/Production Manager to lead our workshop team and help drive our business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with management experience or for a workshop professional (Panel or Paint Team Lead etc) looking to take the next step in their career.

As the Production Manager, you’ll be supporting the Centre Manager while managing and guiding a team of panel beaters, spray painters, and other production staff. You’ll have the chance to develop your leadership skills while overseeing workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at the workshop
- Oversee vehicle processing upon arrival and manage the flow of repairs
- Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality repairs
- Meet productivity targets and customer expectations for the site
- Support the management of the site to drive profitability and customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set, manage, and adhere to deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A natural leader who can motivate and manage a team to get the best results
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
