The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Collision Workshop/Production Manager to guide our skilled team of panel beaters, spray painters, and other production staff. Whether you come with a strong Collision management background or have hands-on workshop experience (e.g., Panel or Paint Team Lead) and are looking to step into a leadership role, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.
As the Production Manager, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring that workshop processes run smoothly, repairs are completed on time, and customer expectations are exceeded. This role provides an excellent platform to hone your leadership skills and drive operational success in a busy, thriving environment.
