Overview

As the IT Operations Lead, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure, service delivery, and IT operations across the business leading a small team and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and performing at their best.

The Role

- Oversee daily IT operations across multiple sites;
- Lead and mentor the IT support team;
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Server environments;
- Coordinate upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements;
- Oversee vendor relationships and IT procurement;
- Support cyber security and governance initiatives; and
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and service delivery performance.

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and networking;
- Experience managing or mentoring small teams;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and
- Confident working in fast-paced, professional environments.
