Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Territory Sales Lead) with expertise in the transportation industry to join our team here at COSOL.

In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering solution-based sales of multiple Asset Management Solutions to meet our growth sales targets and play a crucial role in COSOL's continued success. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver top-tier solutions that drive business innovation and success.

This is a fantastic new opportunity for someone to own the Sydney and/or Brisbane Transportation territory in terms of sales, in a role that comprises of new business development as well as management of key, existing client accounts.

- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and align them with COSOL solution offerings.
- Identify opportunities for new business within your territory and the transportation industry
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations by collaborating across practices.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Foster long-term customer relationships delivering upon customer centricity.

Requirements

- You will be a self-motivated and managed sales professional, who is extremely driven, and customer focused.
- You will have significant end to end solution sales experience with as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Your network and sales results within the transportation industry will be one of your biggest strengths
- Strong knowledge of, and experience selling within, Asset Management focused environments will be key to your success in this role, as will your understanding of asset management processes and best practices.
- You're an exceptional communicator, who's negotiation and influencing skills are second to none
