Are you a results-driven professional who enjoys building strong supplier relationships and driving impactful marketing campaigns? As our Supplier Partnership Lead, you’ll help grow revenue by working closely with our supplier partners to deliver joint marketing initiatives that support our sales strategy.

This role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Supplier Marketing & Partnerships
- Lead supplier marketing initiatives that generate revenue and align with sales growth strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies for supplier campaigns, unlocking co-branded opportunities and shared revenue streams.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with key suppliers, negotiating and maximizing marketing budgets for the best ROI.
- Collaborate with category and sales teams to integrate supplier partnership activity and campaigns into our go-to-market approach.
2. Performance & Commercial Management
- Track and analyze supplier-driven marketing performance to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
- Manage commercial outcomes that supports sales growth and profit (EBIT) performance.
- Interpret data to support strategic decisions and drive business objectives.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure personal and team compliance with HSE responsibilities and lifesaving rules.
- Participate in HSW training, toolbox talks, and maintain 100% compliance with safety modules.
- Report potential safety breaches promptly for corrective action.
What You'll Bring:
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma or higher) in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, media sales, category management, or supplier engagement.
- Industrial sector experience highly desirable.
- Strong communicator with proven commercial acumen.
- Skilled negotiator with a solid understanding of contractual and commercial terms.
- Demonstrated success in sales/category/marketing performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Data-driven decision maker with advanced presentation skills.
- Proven ability to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Some flexibility to travel interstate as required.
