EV Partnerships Lead

Overview
We are seeking an EV Partnerships Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will report to the Head of EV Partnerships and will play a key role in supporting the growth of the EV charging network by ensuring seamless enablement across the sales and partnership lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing tender submissions, customer engagements, process improvements, preparing partner proposals, maintaining sales documentation, tracking commercial performance, and ensuring administrative efficiency across all strategic engagements.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with new and existing partners to triage leads, identify growth opportunities, win new business and conduct account management duties where appropriate to support the Head of EV Partnerships.
- Attend meetings with key partners, support partner onboarding and complete follow up actions.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, including streamlining the onboarding process, CRM and sales processes and tender and document management.
- Engage with the broader business and manage stakeholders to drive sales and partner process improvements.
- Tender Management
- Coordinate and manage the preparation, development and submission of government and commercial tenders.
- Triage leads and maintains an up-to-date register of upcoming opportunities and submission deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, and marketing to compile tender inputs.
- Sales & Partnership Administration
- Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, and agreements under guidance from the Head of EV Partnerships.
- Maintain a CRM system and sales pipeline reporting to ensure visibility of deal stages and partner engagement.
- Review and triage upcoming opportunities via tender and sales portals.
- Document & Data Management
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all contracts, sales documents, and partner communication.
- Track and report on key sales and partnership metrics, including site performance and revenue contribution.
- Stakeholder Support
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to support project implementation, and schedule and manage key meetings, partner touchpoints and follow-ups on behalf of the Head of EV Partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial roles including sales, tender management, or business support.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships, implementing account management processes and building new relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a sense for identifying and pursuing highest value opportunities
- Ability to manage documentation, reporting and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and tender portals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for sustainability and the EV sector
