We're working with a large, high profile global IB who are seeking an experienced ECM banker to lead its strategy in the Aus market. Our client has experienced significant growth over the last 10 years, both globally and regionally, taking market share away from larger incumbents. This role is central to this strategy.

The role will be managing and growing an existing team, linking up with a group of highly regarded coverage bankers, as well as the large and successful equities franchise. Strong transaction origination (self-generating as well as in tandem with sector coverage) alongside team leadership and mentoring is a must.
