Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

This role really requires someone fun and vibrant with a passion for supporting young people.

- Three Casual positions. Availability: We only have 1 day a week available at the moment between, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm.

- Supporting clients to engage in outdoor and hands-on activities such as swimming, sports, art, music, gardening, or cooking

- Providing respectful and dignified personal care and daily living support

- Promoting independence and inclusion in the community

- Communicating proactively with team members and supervisors to report progress or concerns

- Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

We act bravely

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)

- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
