We have over 70 years’ experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disability and developmental delays across our supported independent living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as well as our Day and Lifestyle Options.

- You will support our customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
- Available for shifts Monday to Friday 09:00-15:30pm
- You’ll work with a range of customers

**Do it together**

As a **Disability Support Worker** in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal - to enable our customers to live as equal and empowered citizens.

To recognise the contribution, you make to the lives of our customer, we offer a competitive remuneration package that includes options for:

**Do it right**

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
- At Scope, the ongoing safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers is a priority. One of our commitments in response to Covid-19 was to implement a policy requiring all our employees regardless of the job to be fully vaccinated. Full vaccinated under Scope’s policy is 3 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine. Please note that should you be offered a position at Scope; a condition of that offer would be to provide proof that you have had at least 3 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.
