We're seeking a dedicated AO2 Administrative Officer to join our Program Support team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will utilise a broad range skills while assisting the team with switch/front counter responsibilities, coordinating vehicles and fleet management, recordkeeping and travel and accommodation bookings.
Your skills will also be utilised to provide general administration duties to the wider team in the way of assisting in the preparation of correspondence, documents and reports, making necessary meeting arrangements and PPE coordination.

As a valued member of our Program Support Team, you will provide a high level of administration support through assembling/preparing project documentation, assisting in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations, making necessary meeting arrangements and PPE coordination. You will be a vital member of the team, being the first point of contact with external customers while undertaking switch and reception duties. You will also assist in vehicle and fleet administration by booking fleet vehicles for the wider team and assist with arrangements for vehicle servicing and repairs. Your skills will also be utilised to help coordinate and book accommodation and travel, including coordination of remote travel approvals for the district office.
If you possess the following skills, we'd love to hear from you:
- Proficient use of MS Office suite applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- The ability to research and determine the appropriate course of action to take in responding to general enquiries
- Experience in interpreting and applying relevant policies and procedures when carrying out tasks
