Station Services Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of Station Services Manager at our premier cattle operation in Northern Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating staff rosters and travel arrangements, managing procurement of supplies and inventory, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Station Manager, including record-keeping, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Rostering and Travel Arrangements: Coordinate staff rosters, travel, and accommodation arrangements to ensure smooth station operations.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage the procurement of supplies, inventory, and essential station resources.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Drive compliance with workplace health and safety standards, including maintaining safety records and supporting safety initiatives.
  • Operational Planning and Implementation: Support operational planning and implementation to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaboration and efficiency.
