Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team.

About the Role

This fixed term temporary full-time position is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Officer to utilize their skills in administration support, switch/front counter responsibilities, coordinating vehicles and fleet management, recordkeeping and travel arrangements.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administration support through the preparation of project documentation, correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations. Additionally, they will be responsible for assembling and preparing project materials, making necessary meeting arrangements, and PPE coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support through the preparation of project documentation, correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assemble and prepare project materials.

Requirements
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to research and determine the appropriate course of action to take in responding to general enquiries.
  • Experience in interpreting and applying relevant policies and procedures when carrying out tasks.
