THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our principal Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their marketing career, who thrives on structure, efficiency, and producing high volumes of accurate work. The successful candidate will assist in executing day-to-day marketing tasks across print, digital and social channels, with the opportunity to expand their skill-set over time.

DETAILS:

- Regular collaboration with the Marketing Manager

- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and scheduling

- Maintain and update website content & online calendar listings

- Assist with the design and formatting of travel itineraries

- Update and format pre-departure materials

- Format and upload welcome videos from tour leaders

- Design and draft marketing emails and client communications

- Manage and monitor social media posts & analytics

- Create online forms (bookings, evaluations)

- Support the backend upload and website integration of online lectures

- Assist with digital asset management across platforms

- Support through research, data collation, proofing & reporting

- Liaise with external suppliers

- Collaborate to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets

- Assist with logistics & support of live events & lectures, in-person & online

- Work across Apple Mac systems

- Training included
