We build TDP’s culture and connect the workforce with our vision to ‘make government services simple so that people can get on with their lives’.
We provide integrated solutions, drawing on expertise across 6 key areas:
- Event Services: coordination of group events.
- Health and Wellbeing: championing a workplace environment that is open, supportive and reflects diversity.
- Executive Communications: that set strategic priorities, inspire confidence from government, industry partners and the workforce.
- Awards and Recognition: driving internal and external recognition for TDP’s workforce.
- Campaign Management: working with our stakeholders to develop an engagement framework that reaches the right audience, with the right message, at the right time.
- Visual Design services: enhancing outputs to build a professional, future focused brand. Including videography, photography, editing, animation and graphic design.
We’re communication and engagement practitioners with a whole of group view, vast network of stakeholders, agile mindset and specialist expertise.
About the role
The Assistant Director, Visual Communication Design leads a small team of designers to develop visual communication outputs that engage a large, diverse workforce.
This includes leading the delivery of high-quality visual design products that engage end users, whilst meeting the needs of stakeholders. They identify and advocate user needs and ensure the final design is fit for purpose. This includes complex design concepts through a variety of mediums, including illustrations, digital, web, print, animation, photography and videography.
