With more than 800 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.
Meet the ANZ Marketing Team
We're a team of diverse specialists, from strategic thinkers and creative visionaries to proactive communicators and brand enthusiasts, all united by a shared mission: to evolve the LEAP brand.
Our purpose is to build on our brand's foundation and steer it toward the future by telling our story in bold, new ways. We collaborate closely, challenging the norm, experimenting with new ideas, and leveraging the latest technology to get our message out.
As the Visual Designer for ANZ, you will contribute your unique skills to a team that values creative freedom and diverse thought, you'll feel right at home. We don't just market a product; we are here to showcase the immense value our software and AI solutions bring to the legal community.
What you'll do
Are you a highly creative and proactive designer ready to lead the visual evolution of a rapidly growing tech brand? Join us to elevate our brand's creative direction. You’ll partner with our teams to build on our established assets, steering them into a bold new phase of visual identity across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you won't just be executing tasks; you'll be a visionary. We're looking for someone who can take a brief, dive deep, and emerge with fresh, bold concepts that transform how we tell our story. This is about making something as complex as software exciting and engaging through powerful design.
To make this happen, you will:
- Evolve the Brand: As our lead designer, you'll build on our existing assets to establish a comprehensive visual identity, including shapes, tones, and visual language, that strengthens how LEAP is recognised across the market.
- Elevate Our Story: Translate complex software concepts into stunning, easy-to-digest visuals. You’ll create high-impact graphics and illustrations for our websites, marketing materials, and key events, from banners and booth designs to digital assets for new product launches.
- Shape Product Identity: Take the lead in developing the visual identity for our vertical products. You'll create compelling logos, define cohesive visual styles, and craft clear, effective ways to visually communicate product benefits to our target audience.
- Capture Attention: Use your videography and motion design skills to film, edit, and produce short-form video, team headshots, and motion graphics. You'll be a master storyteller, creating powerful, attention-grabbing content under 30 seconds for our social media channels and campaigns.
- Innovate with Technology: Be a creative explorer. You’ll experiment with the latest AI-driven design tools and new technologies to push our creative boundaries and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate and Inspire: Act as the lead creative voice, working closely with marketing, product, and vertical teams to ensure a consistent and effective creative vision across the business.
What you'll bring
- A Standout Portfolio: Your work showcases a clean, modern, and impactful aesthetic across digital, print, and motion. We want to see how you turn complex ideas into compelling visuals.
- Creative Mindset: You're a proactive, self-directed individual who's excited by the challenge of building on existing foundations. You have a proven ability to develop bold concepts independently and are not afraid to think differently.
- Technical Skills: You’re proficient in design, video and motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. You're also curious about new design technologies and tools, including AI, and are eager to experiment.
- Communication: You have excellent collaboration skills and are confident in bringing new ideas to the table and leading our visual direction.
This is not just another design role. It’s an exciting chance to have a massive impact and build something truly unique. You'll have the creative freedom to define our visual future and play a key role in an innovative, rapidly growing company. If you're someone who thrives on a challenge and wants to make a real mark, we encourage you to apply.

LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.
