Position Profile The central Medical Education Unit (MEU) is a dynamic team based in Perth. This role provides comprehensive clerical, business and administrative support to the Director Medical Education, Manager Medical Education and the Medical Education project team members. The position is responsible for general clerical, business, administrative and accounting functions for the unit, as well as undertaking projects and research as required. Area Profile The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Medical Education Unit (MEU) supports a broad range of education opportunities and welfare initiatives for medical practitioners across rural WA. The MEU provides oversight of medical students in WACHS sites, governance of prevocational (intern and resident medical officers) training, facilitation of vocational medical training pathways and professional development opportunities for rural doctors.
