An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-driven and results-focused Account Manager to join our established sales team based out of our SA Regency Park office. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager SA, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and enjoys being out on the road connecting with customers face-to-face.

With the support of an empowering leadership team, you'll have the tools and guidance to nurture existing customer relationships, expand your portfolio, and deliver exceptional service to our growing client base.

What You'll be Doing

- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts in the South Western metro region
- Develop strategic plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain a territory call plan and follow up on leads
- Deliver tailored product solutions and exceed sales targets

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within safety, construction or industrial sectors
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems & MS Office
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail
