APMis continuing its impactful work with theTransition to Workcontract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Ryde, NSW,office.

As aYouth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

We welcome those from various backgrounds, including previous experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services and Employment Services. You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community. To be considered, you will have...

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability towork full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
