**APM** is continuing its impactful work with the **Transition to Work** contract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a **Youth Support Worker** in our **Ryde, NSW,**office.

As a **Youth Support Worker**, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

**To be considered, you will have...**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to **work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm**
