About the Role

The Assistant Manager will support the Venue Manager in overseeing all aspects of the venue, including team leadership, operational efficiency, stock and cash management, and guest experience. This hands-on position is ideal for a professional who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high standards, and driving team performance in a busy hospitality setting.

Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of rostering, cash handling, stock control, and operational compliance
- RSA certification and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
