We’re on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team and keep things running smoothly. You’ll oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring the venue delivers exceptional service and a memorable experience for every guest.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with passion, energy, and the drive to inspire a team and build a strong, positive culture.

- Generous Salary – $100,000 -$120,000 + Super

- 3+ years of Venue Management experience
- A hands-on, visible leader who thrives on the floor – especially during peak service, weekends, and sporting events
- Strong understanding of P&Ls and ability to deep-dive into venue performance
- Ability to implement innovative, revenue-driving ideas across food, beverage, and entertainment
- Experience writing efficient rosters, managing labour costs, and investigating stock variances
- Familiarity with venue systems and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Proven success executing venue promotions and adapting to local market trends
- Strong communication and collaboration with Central Support and key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team; drive a positive, inclusive culture and hands-on leadership on the floor during peak times.
- Monitor and manage venue performance including financials (P&Ls) and rostering to control labour costs.
- Implement innovative, revenue-driving ideas across food, beverage, and entertainment.
- Utilise venue systems and regular reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with Central Support and key stakeholders to achieve business goals.
