About the Role
As the right hand to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading teams across multiple departments, and ensuring every guest leaves impressed. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a busy venue.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Venue Manager in leading and motivating a large front and back of house team
- Drive service standards and operational excellence across multiple outlets
- Oversee rostering, training, and daily floor operations to keep the venue humming
- Ensure compliance, safety, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Deliver a seamless guest experience with an eye for detail and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Venue Manager or Senior Supervisor in a large, high-volume venue
- Confident leader with a passion for developing teams and building strong workplace culture
- Sound understanding of budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting
- Cool under pressure, highly organised, and committed to exceptional service
- A genuine love for hospitality and the people who make it happen
