Ready to take your career to the next level? The Isa Hotel & RedEarth Boutique Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our thriving, multi-outlet venue. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role, working side by side with our General Manager, and make your mark in one of Queensland's most exciting hospitality destinations

What You'll Do:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
  • Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
  • Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
  • Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Approved Manager's License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
  • RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
  • CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.

Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
