Responsibilities:

- Own and implement sales strategy for the Mid-Market segment nationally
- Establish competency frameworks and sales process consistency across teams
- Coach and mentor frontline leaders and account executives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery to align GTM activity
- Monitor pipeline health, customer satisfaction, and sales velocity metrics

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Senior sales leadership experience within telco, ICT, or B2B tech sectors
- Demonstrated success in building scalable sales structures
- Strong coaching ethos and ability to uplift team performance
- Experience across multiple states/regions in Australia is highly preferred
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Salary:

- $180,000 per annum
